30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Miststeam purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a short description (add a photo if the item arrived damaged or faulty). We'll reply within 1-2 business days with the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund - in most cases you won't need to return the item.

Non-returnable
We can't accept returns for items used or damaged through misuse, or requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
